Meet our Executive Chef
The Ramada is proud to introduce our Executive Chef, Angela Varner. Angela comes from a history of culinary experience and a passion for food.
Chef Angela graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management. From there, she became a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. After learning new techniques through the training program at Desert Mountain Club in Arizona, Chef worked under restaurateur and celebrity chef, Todd English, at Olives restaurant inside the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas. Later, she followed her passion and decided it was time to start her own restaurant in Seattle, Washington. Recently, she has moved back to the area and has put her own flavor into Harley's Restaurant and Lounge!

Start your day off right with a hot cup of Organic Fair Trade coffee. We a full menu which includes fresh bakery made in house, build your own omelets, Belgian waffles and more. Seasonal salads, gourmet burgers and vegetarian sandwiches are just a few of our lunch and dinner specialties. We offer a variety dishes along with a wide selection of wine and local Michigan craft beers.
